Culturupt is pleased to have been selected to co-present at the 2021 Association of Workplace Investigators Annual Conference. Culturupt presented on the Era of Hashtag Investigations and Social Media Concerns. The presentation touched on how #hashtag allegations show up and what constitutes a complaint, how to plan for a #hashtag investigation, interviewing complainants and others in a #hashtag investigation, and how to preserve the record and outcomes following an investigation. In the era of social media, these types of complaints must be handled with sensitivity and thoroughness. The presenters touched on how these investigations different from other investigations.
