December 2023 Newsletter

2023, That’s a Wrap. Looking Forward to 2024.

2023 was Culturupt’s 5th year in business and larger than ever! We are so grateful to our clients who trusted us this year to lead sensitive workplace investigations, deliver training in the workplace, and hired us to lead culture assessments.

In 2023 our team led over 25 workplace investigations spanning discrimination, harassment, and bullying charges in the workplace. Our team spent over 150 hours training organizations on recognizing microaggressions in the workplace, sexual harassment prevention, communications training, and mental health in the workplace. We also coached leadership across organizations on how to work together more cohesively and strategically, while resolving tension.  We are beyond proud of the work we have done this year, and look forward to continuing to innovate and deliver even better content next year!
